Etching of Joseph Grimaldi; full length and in costume as a clown, in spotted clothes and a small ruff, his face painted; standing by a barrel on which is a basket of oysters; from which he is helping himself, in his other hand holding a knife to open the shellfish. (Description of copy in the British Museum). Single page, b/w. Two tiny tears to margin, else Bright, Good. Suitable for framing.
