[Hawaiiana]  Laie Bay, Oahu.  Photograph.  Hawaii Visitors Bureau Inc., n.d., (ca. 1960).  8" x 10", black & white, glossy.  Picturing group of men, women and children in water and on beach hauling in a large net.  On verso is a typed description of "Hukilau, one large net is laid, trimmed with leaves whose shadows are supposed to frighten fish into the circle.  Everyone who "hukis" (pulls) the net gets a share of the catch."  Small stamp on verso asking to "please credit Hawaii Visitors Bureau" etc., else Very Good condition.
