Covers lightly rubbed, else Good. Color illustrated covers by American artist Albert Herter who was commissioned in 1913 to paint seven murals called the "Pageant of Nations." This menu includes the OPA (Office of Price Administration's) notification of ceiling prices which was a regulation during WWII due to shortage of food and supplies.
